The singer Gül Tut, known as "Güllü," who lost her life after falling from the terrace of her house in Yalova, has given a new statement following the testimony of three witnesses as part of the investigation into her death. Her daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, was called to give her statement again.

THE INVESTIGATION CONTINUES

The investigation into the death of Gül Tut, who fell from the window of her apartment on the terrace floor of a six-story building on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Çınarcık district, is ongoing by the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

GÜLLÜ'S DAUGHTER CALLED FOR A NEW STATEMENT

Following the claims of F.A., who testified as a witness alongside B.D. and Ç.K. at the Yalova Courthouse regarding the death of artist Gül Tut, her daughter Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter was called to give her statement again. Gülter stated that she sent mobile phone messages, which she claims were published and distorted by various television channels and the media, to family friend B.D. out of anger during a period when her relationship with her mother was strained due to her fiancé.

"WE MADE UP BY APOLOGIZING TO EACH OTHER"

Gülter recalled sending messages like, "Enough already, I will kill myself, I will kill my mother, when will this torment end for me." She noted, "After a while, I think it was 3 or 4 days later, my brother Tuğberk helped reconcile me with my mother. Even at a beach in Çınarcık, while my daughter, my brother, and sister Çiğdem were with me, my mother and I apologized to each other. After the beach, I got into my mother's car and returned to her house, and we continued to live together. During this period of estrangement, my mother would call me and, under the influence of alcohol, say things like, 'Don't come home, I don't want you, if you come, I will press KADES, I will kill you,' and she would even curse. When my mother and I argued from time to time, we would say such things to each other out of anger. Because my mother was someone who got angry, especially when she drank alcohol, and when she got angry, she didn't even know what she was saying under the influence of alcohol. When she said many hurtful or threatening things, I would get angry too."

"THE MESSAGES WERE SENT DURING A VERY HURTFUL TIME"

Gülter mentioned that F.A., who is the operator of the venue her mother Tut frequented recently, made various claims on social media or television and somehow reached B.D., who is a family friend and normally goes to clean houses. She continued, "He asked if he knew me. B.D. said, 'Yes, I know him, we are very close.' F.A. said, 'I don't believe you, if you are that close, you must have messaged each other, send me screenshots of the messages between you two so I can believe you met.' B.D. sister did not accept the screenshot. In response, F.A. said, 'Then let me guide you, go to the message section, share your screen, and let me see it that way.' At that moment, they were video calling, and F.A. recorded the screen. In this way, he recorded the messages I mentioned above that I had written to B.D. on his phone and gave them to the television. He portrayed it as if I had just written these messages and claimed that my mother did not fall but was killed by someone, making accusations against us. The messages were sent during a very hurtful time when I felt very close to B.D."

"WE MADE UP A FEW DAYS AFTER THESE MESSAGES"

Gülter stated, "We had made up a few days after these messages." She added, "There was also Ç., who was a friend of B.D. sister, whose last name I don't remember, but I knew him. During the period of estrangement with my mother, B.D. sister and Ç. brother helped me. I might have sent similar messages to Ç. brother as well, but I don't remember. Other than that, I didn't say such things about my mother to anyone else. I have no animosity towards my mother. From time to time, like in every household, we would have mother-daughter arguments. After that argument, we started living together in the same house."

GÜLTER'S LAWYER REQUESTED A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST F.A.

Gülter's lawyer, Rahmi Çelik, stated that F.A. and similar individuals have made false accusations against his client through various social media platforms and television to gain from Tut's popularity, and that F.A. has threatened many people with money or other reasons to make them speak untruths.

Lawyer Çelik also mentioned that they have initiated legal proceedings against F.A., requesting a restraining order, and stated that the messages mentioned in the investigation file are from months before the incident and that such shares on social media constitute a crime.

STATEMENTS OF WITNESSES REGARDING F.A.'S CLAIMS WERE ALSO TAKEN

F.A., who made claims on the programs she participated in and on her social media accounts that Gül Tut was murdered, along with B.D. and Ç.K., were called to give their statements by the prosecutor in charge of the case. When asked about her statements that Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter killed her mother Gül Tut, F.A. said, "I did not say on the television program that 'Tuğyan confessed to the murder.' I said that Tuğyan told her close friend B.D., 'I wish I hadn't killed my mother, I am very sad.'” F.A. expressed that she believes Tut was murdered, based on the statements made by B.D. and Ç.K. during their conversations with her.
