As part of the new restructuring at the Central Referee Committee, Ahmet Şahin and Yunus Yıldırım have decided to step down from their positions.

The resignation of the Deputy Chairman of the Central Referee Committee (MHK), PMIK, 1st Region Responsible Ahmet Şahin, and PMIK, 2nd Region Responsible Yunus Yıldırım has been announced.

In a statement from the MHK, it was stated, "In line with the decision of the TFF Board of Directors regarding the corporate structuring of the MHK in accordance with the MHK's corporate transformation process, and that the refereeing system of the Super League and 1st League will be managed directly by the MHK President, while the lower leagues and amateur leagues will be managed by other MHK members, our board members Mr. Ahmet Şahin and Mr. Yunus Yıldırım have decided to resign from their positions."

APPOINTMENT SYSTEM HAS CHANGED

The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) had previously announced that there would be a change in the referee appointment system by the Central Referee Committee (MHK). In a statement from the TFF, it was conveyed that starting from the 20th week of the Trendyol Super League and Trendyol 1st League, referee and assistant referee appointments would be automatically carried out using the Database-Based Appointment System (VeTAS).
