A fire broke out at the Grand Kartal Hotel, one of the important tourism centers in Kartalkaya, Bolu, around 03:30 on Tuesday, January 21. The fire was brought under control after 11 hours of intense work, and 11 people were detained in connection with the incident. As the teams completed their work in the area, 78 people lost their lives in the hotel tragedy.
