I shared my ideas with him regarding the roadmap for the transition process in Syria with nine points. One: ensure public order and security, two: carry out a comprehensive national reconciliation process, three: implement a civil political transition process, four: establish transitional justice, five: ensure the effective operation and restructuring of state institutions, six: initiate the new constitution drafting process, seven: carry out the economic rehabilitation process, eight: facilitate the return of the oppressed Syrians who have been displaced from their homes, nine: create a new foreign policy that is open to the region and the world. I conveyed this detailed action plan to our esteemed President and Mr. Bahçeli, including the contributions that Turkey can make in this area. I also thank them for their responses and messages to the letters I previously sent regarding my observations in Iraq," he said.
