Reminding that Cemil Tugay and Tunç Soyer promised to "clean the bay," Kırkpınar noted: They had promised our citizens, 'When we come, we will clean the bay and swim in the bay.' We will try to float the mannequin mayors next to us in our bay to fulfill the promise they made. They have never been normal mayors anyway. They have always acted as mannequin mayors.
