Following defensive departures, Fenerbahçe has moved to re-sign its former player Yusuf Akçiçek. It has been reported that the yellow-navy club offered a 1-year free loan deal for the 20-year-old centre-back, whom they sold to Al-Hilal for 22 million euros.

It has been claimed that Fenerbahçe has made a 1-year free loan offer to Al-Hilal to bring 20-year-old Yusuf Akçiçek back into their squad.
It was also reported that the yellow-navy management has informed the Saudi Arabian team that they are ready to cover 4 million euros of the young defender's 5 million euro annual salary. If the parties reach an agreement, Yusuf Akçiçek is expected to come to Istanbul and sign the official contract.
