Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised US President Donald Trump's economic sanctions against the Tehran administration, revealing what was discussed in his meeting with Trump at the White House on July 28. Netanyahu had tried to convince Trump that a diplomatic agreement with Iran could not be reached.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised US President Donald Trump's economic sanctions against the Tehran administration, claiming that reaching a diplomatic agreement with Iran is impossible.
According to a statement from the Prime Minister's Office, Netanyahu made assessments regarding the current situation with Iran during a speech at an event last night.
HE SAID THESE THINGS TO TRUMP
Referring to his meeting with Trump at the White House on July 28, Netanyahu said, "We talked about three possibilities. The first possibility is, of course, that you (US-Iran) make a deal. A good deal, we have no objection to that. I have doubts about whether a deal can be made with that group there, those 'savages'; I am telling you (Trump) that making a deal with them is impossible."
ITS IRON DOME WAS SHATTERED, BUT HE CAN STILL SAY THIS
Arguing that the second possibility is a military move, Netanyahu stated, "We will defend ourselves; we will not allow Iran to attack us. If they attack us, they will receive a blow they cannot even imagine."
Netanyahu argued that the third possibility is "tightening the siege" on Iran, praising Trump's economic sanctions against the Tehran administration.
Finally, while praising the establishment of 104 illegal settlements and 160 agricultural centers in the occupied West Bank, Netanyahu said, "Part of this was done during the previous American administration, and part of it was done during the current American administration."
