The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that the leader of the Süleymancıs, Alihan Kuriş, acted under confidentiality measures, used lines registered under someone else's name to avoid being tracked, and used a GSM line registered under the insured person A.K. regarding his share in Göknur Gıda, and also made statements contrary to the truth in his police and prosecutor's office testimony.
In the extensive investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the leader of the Süleymancılar community, Alihan Kuriş, the secrecy methods he allegedly used to evade technical surveillance as the organization's ringleader have been uncovered. It was recorded that Kuriş used a GSM line registered under an employee of Göknur Gıda, whose shares had been seized, and made statements contrary to the truth to judicial authorities.
HE USED THIS METHOD TO AVOID SURVEILLANCE
Striking details have emerged in the "Alihan Kuriş Criminal Organization" investigation conducted under the coordination of the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
Investigations by the Organized Crimes Investigation Bureau determined that Alihan Kuriş, alleged to be the organization's leader, applied intense secrecy measures to evade the technical and physical surveillance of security forces.
HE HAD A LINE OPENED UNDER THE NAME OF AN EMPLOYEE OF THE SEIZED COMPANY
According to the findings in the investigation file, it was determined that Alihan Kuriş actually used a GSM line starting with 0532..., registered under an individual named A.K., who works as an insured employee at a company called Göknur Gıda, to conceal his communication traffic. It was noted that Kuriş conducted all his critical contacts through this number, which was not registered in his own name.
FALSE STATEMENTS TO THE POLICE AND PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE
It was also added to the file that Kuriş tried to conceal the truth during the judicial process regarding his uncovered phone traffic. Examinations revealed that Alihan Kuriş made false and misleading statements about the use of the said line and his contacts in his official statements during the police and prosecutor's office stages.
THE CHIEF PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE ANNOUNCED
In a statement made by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the new detail that emerged, it was said, "Within the scope of the investigation into the Alihan Kuriş criminal organization, it was determined that the organization's leader, Alihan Kuriş, acted under secrecy measures, used lines registered under other people's names to avoid being tracked, used a GSM line registered under an insured individual named A.K. at the company Göknur Gıda, for which a measure decision was taken for his 13.43 percent share, and made statements contrary to the truth in his police and prosecutor's office testimony."
The investigation is ongoing, being deepened in multiple directions.
