DIDDY HAD DENIED THE ALLEGATIONS
Diddy's defense team, which has not commented on the latest developments, had previously denied all allegations of rape, sexual assault, and abuse. In a statement, it was said, "Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the fairness of the judicial process. The truth will prevail in court. Combs has not sexually assaulted anyone, whether adult or minor, male or female." The famous rapper has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York since September 16.
