According to the allegations made in a filing by the plaintiff's attorney Tony Buzbee in the Southern New York District Court, the victim, referred to by the pseudonym "Jane Doe," was given a drink that made her dizzy after being invited to a house party by a limousine driver following a music awards ceremony in 2000. Feeling unwell, the victim found a room to rest, where she was raped by Combs and Carter. It is alleged that a female celebrity present in the room witnessed the rapes of the 13-year-old victim. After regaining her senses and escaping from the house, the victim called her father for help from a nearby gas station.

"THE ALLEGATIONS ARE DISGUSTING"

In a statement, Jay-Z described the allegations as "disgusting" and claimed he is facing a "blackmail attempt" aimed at extorting money from him. "Whoever commits such a crime against a minor should be imprisoned, don't you think?" said Jay-Z, targeting the plaintiff's attorney Buzbee, adding, "My heart and support are with the real victims in the world who have to watch their life stories distorted by a cheap-suited compensation hunter."

DIDDY HAD DENIED THE ALLEGATIONS

Diddy's defense team, which has not commented on the latest developments, had previously denied all allegations of rape, sexual assault, and abuse. In a statement, it was said, "Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the fairness of the judicial process. The truth will prevail in court. Combs has not sexually assaulted anyone, whether adult or minor, male or female." The famous rapper has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York since September 16.
