The operations conducted by the Organized Crimes Investigation Office of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office have concluded the procedures for 31 suspects who were detained in the investigation against an armed organized crime group led by Alaattin İlyas Saral. The suspects, brought to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan, were referred to the duty magistrate court after their statements were taken by the prosecutor's office. AMONG THE DETAINEES, THERE IS A FAMOUS KEBAB SHOP OWNERThe court ruled for the arrest of 19 of the suspects and the release of 12 under judicial control, while a warrant was issued for the fugitives. Among those arrested by the Istanbul Magistrate Court is Fikret Aydoğdu, the owner of Fiko Ocakbaşı. A DETENTION ORDER HAD BEEN ISSUED FOR 58 SUSPECTSA detention order was issued for 58 suspects on charges of "establishing, managing, and being a member of an armed criminal organization," "qualified robbery," "deprivation of liberty," "threat," "intentional injury," "violation of Law No. 6136," and "deliberately endangering public safety," with 14 actions attributed to them. While 31 of the suspects were captured, it was determined that 2 were in prison and 5 were abroad.
