Gökbulut, who was severely injured, was taken to the hospital but unfortunately passed away despite all interventions. It was revealed that Gökbulut shared a photo of himself with a shaved head on his social media account just hours before the incident. The police have launched an investigation into the incident.

SEVERELY INJURED, PASSED AWAY IN HOSPITAL

The incident occurred on Saturday, March 7, around 21:30 in the Merkez neighborhood. According to the information obtained, landscape architect Ahmet Hakan Gökbulut fell from the terrace on the 6th floor of the building he was in during the evening hours. Gökbulut fell onto the stairs on the street and was severely injured. Upon the notification of nearby citizens, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The health teams, which arrived shortly, provided first aid to Gökbulut at the scene. He was then taken by ambulance to Seyrantepe Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital for treatment. Gökbulut could not be saved despite all the interventions during the surgery.

SHAVED HIS HEAD AND SHARED ON SOCIAL MEDIA

After the incident, police teams began working by taking statements from eyewitnesses. It was revealed that Gökbulut shared a photo of himself with a shaved head on his social media account just hours before the incident. The last person to see Gökbulut was identified as his friend Enes Ö. (26). Police teams took Enes Ö.'s statement as a 'knowledgeable person.'

BURIED IN HIS HOMETOWN

On the other hand, the funeral of Ahmet Hakan Gökbulut, who passed away, was buried in the Erfelek district of Sinop after the funeral prayer held at Sarıyer Derbent Central Mosque. It was learned that the police investigation into the incident is ongoing.
