STRIKING CONFESSIONS FROM SECRET WITNESSES Interesting details continue to emerge in the investigation closely followed by the public. Many names from İmamoğlu's A team and close circle have been detained. It has been revealed that there are 4 secret witnesses codenamed Meşe, Ladin, Çınar, and İlke in the investigation file. Striking confessions have come from the secret witnesses regarding Adem Soytekin, who is among those detained.
PART OF HIS ASSETS ARE ON HIM The secret witness Çınar mentioned that Adem Soytekin is one of Ekrem İmamoğlu's cashiers. The secret witness Meşe stated that Soytekin has been in partnership with İmamoğlu since the Beylikdüzü period and that part of the assets of the İBB President is on this person.
TRANSFERRED 8 PROPERTIES FREE OF CHARGE It was determined that before İmamoğlu made his asset declaration, he transferred 8 properties of İmamoğlu Construction to Adem Soytekin's company free of charge in 2017 and 2018, and that some of the assets on Adem Soytekin were transferred to Fatih Keleş, known as İmamoğlu's other cashier, without any payment.
THE INCREDIBLE RISE OF PLASTERER ADEM It was found that Soytekin was initially insured at İmamoğlu Construction, worked as a plasterer in construction sites, and became extremely wealthy after Ekrem İmamoğlu became the Mayor of Beylikdüzü.
HE WON 15 NURSERY TENDERS Adem Soytekin first quit plastering and established a company named Asoy Construction, which was initially set up as a limited company and later converted into a joint-stock company. He recorded that he grew over time by winning numerous tenders from Beylikdüzü Municipality by establishing new companies. It was understood that many jobs were given to the companies registered under Soytekin, who did not leave İmamoğlu's side, through tenders or direct procurement methods, and that many real estate properties were acquired with funds of unknown origin. The disproportionate enrichment of Adem Soytekin, one of the suspects in the large corruption and bribery operation initiated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, was evidenced by MASAK reports and witness statements. It is known that Soytekin won 15 nursery tenders from İBB, the 1500 housing project of KİPTAŞ in Silivri, and street arrangement tenders throughout Istanbul. According to the statement of secret witness Meşe, Soytekin, who won the tender unlawfully, donated one nursery to the municipality as a facade.
HE HAS 600 MILLION TL IN HIS ACCOUNT It was found that approximately 600 million TL was present in the accounts of Adem Soytekin and his companies, one of the most important suspects in the investigation. It was determined that approximately 1.25 billion TL was deposited into these accounts between 2020 and 2024, and that this money was distributed to various companies and withdrawn to reach individuals or institutions of unknown origin.
ASKED TO İMAMOĞLU Allegations that Adem Soytekin received bribes ranging from 10% to 20% from businessmen who did not receive their payments for the work he did for İBB and that he made them pay their dues in return for this were included in the investigation file. All these documents and information were asked to İBB President Ekrem İmamoğlu during his interrogation. İmamoğlu responded to these questions by saying, "I do not take this question seriously. I vehemently reject all allegations."
