Fenerbahçe announced to the Public Disclosure Platform that it has increased its capital increase from 1,250,000,000 TL to 6,250,000,000 TL.
Fenerbahçe, which continues its path in the Super League with confident steps, has informed the Public Disclosure Platform.
FENERBAHÇE NOTIFIED KAP
The Yellow-Navy Blues reported to KAP that the capital increase, which was 1,250,000,000 TL, has been raised to 6,250,000,000 TL.
The statement made by the club included the following expressions:
"Within the registered capital ceiling of our company amounting to 6,250,000,000 TL, the paid-in capital of 1,250,000,000 TL has been increased to 6,250,000,000 TL in cash (paid-in) by 5,000,000,000 TL;
As part of the completion of the capital increase transactions, the application we made to the Trade Registry Office for the registration and announcement of the amendment of Article 6 titled "Shares" and Article 7 titled "Shares/Type and Group" of our company's articles of association regarding capital has been concluded following the receipt of the Capital Markets Board's approval, and it has been registered on 13.02.2026 (today). The approved amendment text has been submitted as an attachment to the notification. We respectfully announce to our investors."
