Hip-hop mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing allegations that he forced male escorts to engage in sexual acts at his wild parties. It has been reported that Combs kept his girlfriend Cassie Ventura under the influence of drugs and made male escorts perform sexual acts during these extravagant parties. Additionally, it is claimed that there are videos of these acts that were used for blackmail.
In the trial of Sean 'Diddy' Combs, prosecutors stated that Diddy forced male escorts to perform sexual acts at wild parties. Allegedly, the famous star forced a male escort to urinate in a woman's mouth.
It was heard in court that Sean 'Diddy' Combs kept his girlfriend "under the influence of drugs for half of every week" and made male escorts perform sexual acts during "wild parties" that he filmed.
As the hip-hop mogul's shocking criminal case began today (Monday, May 12), jurors were later told that he used these tapes for blackmail. U.S. Assistant Attorney Emily Johnson described the disturbing cycle of abuse that his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura and others allegedly endured for years. They added that there are videos of these incidents and that they would be used in later stages of the trial.
In one encounter, it was alleged that Diddy forced an escort to make a woman urinate in her mouth.
"For half of every week, Cassie was performing sexual acts she did not want to do, under the influence of drugs, in a dark hotel room, and awake for days," she told the jurors in New York court.
"These sexual performances lasted for multiple days and involved multiple escorts."
Johnson stated that Combs used "lies, drugs, threats, and violence" to control both Ventura and another woman referred to as Jane. "The defendant insisted that the sexual acts occurred in a very specific, highly organized manner," she added.
Johnson said that the creator of the hit song "I'll Be Missing You" recorded the encounters and used the footage for blackmail. "He said he could ruin his career by releasing videos of dozens and dozens of men performing sexual acts," Johnson said.
"These were mementos of the most humiliating nights of her life."
In one incident, it was alleged that Ventura was forced to attend a wild party "with an open wound on her face from the defendant's latest assault."
Combs was sitting at the defense table as the prosecutor began her opening statement with a brutal account of such a night.
"Let's start with one night. The defendant was after his girlfriend," Johnson told the jury. She said the 55-year-old Combs became enraged after learning that his girlfriend was seeing another man.
Armed and accompanied by his bodyguard, he stormed out to find her.
"He took his gun and his bodyguard and shouted that he was going to kill the man," Johnson said. When Combs found Ventura, "he brutally beat her, kicked her in the back, and threw her around like a rag doll."
"This is Sean Combs," Johnson said, pointing to the defendant. "To society, he was Puff Daddy or Diddy, a cultural icon, a businessman, larger than life. But he had another face. A face that ran a criminal enterprise."
The alleged charges include kidnapping, arson, drug trafficking, sexual offenses, bribery, and obstruction of justice. Combs has denied the charges.
Diddy's court process is expected to last eight weeks.
