In Antalya, the air temperature was measured at 34 degrees, sea water temperature at 30 degrees, and humidity at 70 percent. Due to the high humidity, the felt temperature rose up to 47 degrees.
During the noon hours, while many streets and avenues in the city center fell silent due to the oppressive heat, citizens who went out preferred shaded areas.

Citizens overwhelmed by the heat flocked to Konyaaltı Beach to cool off. Some preferred to cool down by swimming in the sea, while others spent time under beach umbrellas. Children also had fun moments in the sea with their families.
