Applications for TOKİ's 500 Thousand Social Housing Project have started through e-Government. Applications will be accepted between November 10-14, based on the last digit of the Turkish ID number, and the process will end on December 19. The project offers a 10% down payment and a repayment period of 240 months, while the application fee has been set at 5,000 TL.
Applications have started for the 500 Thousand Social Housing Project initiated by the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ). Applications for the campaign, where low and middle-income citizens can own homes with affordable prices and flexible payment options, will be received through e-Government on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 09:00.
APPLICATION ORDER BY ID NUMBER
To avoid congestion, applications will be made according to the last digit of the Turkish ID number:
- Those ending with 0: November 10
- Those ending with 2: November 11
- Those ending with 4: November 12
- Those ending with 6: November 13
- Those ending with 8 will be able to apply on November 14.
As of November 15, the system will be open to all citizens, and the application process will be completed on December 19, 2025.
240 MONTHS TERM, 10% DOWN PAYMENT OPTION
Within the scope of the "Century's Housing Project" to be carried out in 81 provinces, a 10% down payment and 240 months term option will be offered. Applications can be made through Ziraat Bank, Halkbank, Emlak Participation Bank, and e-Government. The application fee is set at 5,000 TL, and no fee will be charged to the relatives of martyrs and victims of terrorism.
