12 people were injured in an armed and knife fight among relatives in the Pendik district. 5 suspects were apprehended in connection with the incident, and numerous bullet impacts were found on the street and on a parked vehicle.

The incident occurred at night on Cemil Meriç Street in Kavakpınar Neighborhood, Pendik district. According to allegations, an argument that started over children between two families of relatives, who had prior hostility, quickly turned into a fight involving guns and knives.
Upon notification, numerous police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured individuals — A.Ş., B.Ş., M.Ş., F.S., E.T., N.Ş., T.Y., S.Y., M.Y., H.Y., R.Y., and M.Ş. — were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment after initial medical intervention at the scene. It was learned that one of the injured, S.Y., is in critical condition and continuing treatment.
5 SUSPECTS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
Police teams examining the scene detected multiple bullet impacts on the vehicle with license plate 34 EMS 668 and found 7 shell casings on the street.
In the investigations conducted by police teams regarding the incident, 5 suspects named Y.Ş., M.Ş., K.Ş., K.Ş., and A.S. were caught and taken into custody. The investigation into the incident continues.
