The sausage festival ended in great disappointment. The sucuk sandwiches prepared at the Emine Gönen Middle School in the Mevlana neighborhood of Talas district in Kayseri were sold for 100 TL.
80 PEOPLE HOSPITALIZED
Some teachers and students who went home after classes at the school fell ill. About 80 people, who reported symptoms of abdominal pain and nausea, sought help at various hospitals. While these individuals were treated, the police launched an investigation into the incident.
