Famous comedian Ata Demirer described his new lifestyle after losing 30 kilograms. He stated that he maintains his shape through healthy eating and regular exercise, and mentioned that he starts his day early in the morning.
Demirer said, "I go to sleep at 10:30 PM and wake up at 5:30 AM. First, I do my workout, then I move on to breakfast." He stated that he usually prefers eggs, olives, olive oil, tomatoes, peppers, a slice of bread, a small amount of cheese, and honey for breakfast.
'I EAT FISH AND RED MEAT'
The famous figure, who stated that he keeps his dinner simple, said, "I eat fish or red meat in the evenings." Demirer, who mentioned that he recently started rowing, said, "I started rowing in the Bosphorus. I row three days a week, then I continue with my work."
