The consortium formed to purchase Tavuk Dünyası and Dürümle was announced by Esas Holding, chaired by Ali Sabancı.
Among the giant companies that acquired the 44% stake are; Esas Private Equity and the Special Purpose Fund I managed by Tacirler Portföy, Lycian Capital and LCP I managed by Azimut Group; OIG GSYF managed by Qinvest Portföy and Fiba Holding.
