Governor Gül stated, "Swimming in places where there are no lifeguards and where swimming is prohibited can unfortunately lead to sad outcomes, including drownings. In this sense, let’s especially take care of our children. We have taken our precautions in this regard with the relevant institutions and organizations. During the holiday, our Coast Guard Command will be on duty with a total of 473 personnel, including 20 diving teams, 35 land teams, 5 floating units, 1 mobile radar, and 1 helicopter; they will operate along the Çatalca-Sile and Silivri-Tuzla coastal lines.
