APPEAL FILED
BİM announced to the public through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it would appeal the fine. In the company's statement, it was expressed, "In accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Administrative Jurisdiction Procedure Law, an appeal petition has been submitted today to the Presidency of the Competition Authority by our Company requesting the cancellation of the said fine."
