Algerian Foreign Minister Sabri Boukadoum on Thursday announced the imminent opening of the Bosnia and Herzegovina embassy in Algiers.
In a Twitter post, Boukadoum said he spoke over the phone with his Bosnian counterpart Bisera Turkovic and discussed the prospects for strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries and the imminent opening of Bosnia and Herzegovina's embassy in Algeria.
He added that they also discussed a number of international and regional issues.
Bosnia and Herzegovina has diplomatic relations with Algeria, and Bosnia's Ambassador Kemal Muftic resides in the French capital Paris while awaiting the opening of an embassy in Algiers. -
