Burak Korzay, the General Manager of ISFALT, who was arrested as part of the investigation into the criminal organization and provided a statement under the effective remorse provisions, has been released.
The investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the criminal organization allegedly led by Aktaş is ongoing.
GAVE A STATEMENT AND WAS RELEASED
Burak Korzay, who was arrested on June 4 as part of the investigation, gave statements to the prosecutor's office on July 10 and 21 under the effective remorse provisions. Following his statements, Korzay was released by the peace criminal court.
HERE ARE THOSE RELEASED UNDER EFFECTIVE REMORSE
In the ongoing investigation, businessman Ahmet Sari and his brother İsmail Sari, businessman Adem Soytekin, his brother Ogün Soytekin, his bodyguard Murat Erenler, businessman Nezahat Kurt, ISTAÇ Board Chairman Ziya Gökmen Togay, İBB Geodesist Engineer Yakup Öner, lawyer Orçun Muhittin Yılmaz, Bülent Yılmaz, former CHP Şişli Municipal Council Member Umut Şenol, and businessman Berat Çağrı Kapki gave statements under "effective remorse."
Businessman Adem Soytekin, ISTAÇ Board Chairman Ziya Gökmen Togay, İBB Geodesist Engineer Yakup Öner, and lawyer Orçun Muhittin Yılmaz also gave statements under effective remorse, but these statements were not deemed sufficient for their release.
32 PEOPLE BECAME INFORMANTS
With the latest statements in the investigation, the total number of suspects released under judicial control has risen to 32.
The names of those released are as follows:

General Manager Murat Abbas, Chairman of the İBB Participation and Affiliated Organizations Commission Ertan Yıldız, businessmen Ali Nuhoğlu, Seyfi Beyaz, Ahmet Sari, İsmail Sari, Ahmet Çiçek, Eyüp Subaşı, Noyan Kırmızıgül, Murat İlbak, Muhittin Palazoğlu, Kabil Taşçı, Mehmet İlhan Gülay, Nezahat Kurt, the driver of detained suspect Hüseyin Köksal, suspect Servet Yıldırım, lawyer Süleyman Atik, construction technician Altan Gözcü, accounting manager Murat Bıyık, advertiser Hüseyin Kum, owners of Yapı Merkez İnşaat Mustafa Başar Arıoğlu, Erdem Arıoğlu, and Özge Arıoğlu, detained suspect Adem Soytekin's brother Ogün Soytekin and his bodyguard Murat Erenler, Şeyhmus Sarıboğa, Güngör Gürman, Hasan Özsoy, Taner Gümüş, Kadir Gümüş, Bülent Yılmaz, former CHP Şişli Municipal Council Member Umut Şenol, and businessman Berat Çağrı Kapki."
