A 59-year-old man in Beyoğlu had sexual intercourse with a 49-year-old woman with whom he had been drinking alcohol. After his request for "anal sex" was rejected, a dispute arose, and he was strangled to death by the woman. In the woman's initial report, she stated, "I think he had a heart attack," but upon investigation, it was revealed that the incident was a murder.
It has been revealed that Fesif Deneri (59), who was found dead at a friend's house in Beyoğlu, Istanbul, was murdered, which has been recorded as a 'suspicious death.' Bilge D. (49), who reported to the police, "I think he died of a heart attack," confessed to the murder, stating, "We were drinking that day. We had a sexual encounter. He wanted to have anal sex. When I refused, we had a fight. I pushed him, he fell, and when he got up and tried to choke me, I choked him," it was learned. The suspect Bilge D. was referred to the courthouse.
"HE MAY HAVE HAD A HEART ATTACK"
Teams evaluating a report received by the police after midnight on March 24, Tuesday, in the Kulaksız neighborhood of Beyoğlu, found Fesif Deneri's body when they entered the house. Bilge D., who was in the house and reported to the police, stated in his first statement, "We had a sexual encounter. Then I left the room. When I returned, I found him lying on the floor. He may have had a heart attack."
FORENSIC MEDICINE SAID "HE WAS STRANGLED"
After taking Bilge D.'s statement, the police released him, while the body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution for examination. After the autopsy conducted in the Forensic Medicine Institution in the morning, it was revealed that Fesif Deneri had been strangled, changing the course of the investigation. Bilge D., who had been released earlier, was re-arrested by the Homicide Bureau teams and interrogated.
HE CONFESSED EVERYTHING
Initially denying the accusations at the Homicide Bureau, Bilge D. later confessed to the murder he committed. Bilge D. stated that they were together with the deceased, saying, "I think he had taken sexual enhancement pills. We were together a few times. He wanted us to have anal sex. This is why we had a fight. When I pushed him, he fell. I thought he had fainted. Then suddenly he got up and tried to hit and choke me. I struggled with him. I killed him by choking him." The suspect Bilge D., whose procedures were completed at the public order branch, was referred to the courthouse.
