INJURED DURING THE SCUFFLE

CHP MEMBER TANAL: I HAVE BEEN ON THE GROUND FOR 48 HOURS
Sharing images of the scars on his body from his X account, CHP member Tanal stated, "I have been on the ground for exactly 48 hours. From Çağlayan Courthouse to Saraçhane, and back to the courthouse… I couldn't even stop by my home, I couldn't change my clothes. My shirt was torn during the police attack, and this morning when I took off my shirt, I saw bruises, scratches, and marks in the area just under my shirt. These marks are not only signs of a physical attack but also signs of an assault on law, human rights, and democracy.
"I WILL NEVER GIVE UP ON THIS LAWLESSNESS"
Let everyone know this: Turkey is not a police state! A citizen cannot be beaten for exercising their constitutional rights! People seeking justice in the streets are not enemies; they are the honor of this country! This attack has inflicted a deep wound not only on my body but also on the spirit of the rule of law. I will never give up on this lawlessness and the mentality of guardianship!"
