The Istanbul Anadolu 7th Criminal Court of First Instance sentenced İmamoğlu to 2 years, 7 months, and 15 days in prison, which also resulted in a political ban. In the meeting organized under the instruction of CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, alongside representatives from the CHP Headquarters, İmamoğlu and his lawyers will also be present. Our lawyers are already following up. We will discuss what we can do politically and what our situation is. This is more of a political issue than a legal one.
