Eyüpspor's Vice President Fatih Kulaksız announced that an agreement has been reached with Berke Özer's former club, Portimonense. Kulaksız stated that the 20% share from Berke Özer's future sale to the Portuguese team has been purchased. He emphasized that they have not made any commitments to any club regarding Berke's transfer at the end of the season, and that the incoming offers will be evaluated in line with their interests.

Emphasizing that they have not made any promises to any club regarding Berke Özer's transfer at the end of the season, Eyüpspor Club Vice President Fatih Kulaksız stated, "Berke is a contracted player of Eyüpspor. As of yesterday, Portimonense had a 20% share from the club, and we have reached an agreement with them to acquire that 20% share. Currently, 60% of Berke is with Eyüpspor, and 40% is with Fenerbahçe. If a proposal comes in line with our interests at the end of the season, we will evaluate it."
