Former FIFA-licensed Turkish referee Cüneyt Çakır and former national football player Tolga Zengin participated in the UEFA Executive Master for International Players (UEFA MIP) organized by UEFA. The program aims to help elite players transition to managerial positions off the field by developing their knowledge and skills in areas such as leadership, management, and sports law.
The Execute to Master for International Players (UEFA MIP), organized for former elite international football players, futsal players, and football professionals, is being held for the second time at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
CÜNEYT ÇAKIR AND TOLGA ZENGİN PARTICIPATED
In the event that started yesterday, former FIFA referee Cüneyt Çakır and former national goalkeeper Tolga Zengin from Turkey participated this year. The program aims to help top-level players develop their knowledge and skills in areas such as leadership, management, and sports law, facilitating their transition to managerial positions off the field. In addition to Tolga Zengin and Cüneyt Çakır, the master program also includes names like Bruno Alves and Simon Kjaer, who previously wore the Fenerbahçe jersey, as well as Omar Elabdellaoui from Galatasaray, Ivan Rakitic, and Jan Verthongen.
THEY WILL RECEIVE CERTIFICATES
Football professionals who undergo training sessions lasting intermittently for a year will receive certificates if they succeed. Previously, Hamit Altıntop and Gökhan İnler graduated from UEFA's MIP Program.
