"Death threat to Alarko Holding Chairman İzzet Garih"

In the criminal complaint submitted to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that five days after this message, Ahmet Furkan B. attempted to illegally enter the Alarko Holding building located in Beşiktaş, owned by Garih, and "Ahmet Furkan B. tried to enter the building quickly with his car without allowing the security personnel to intervene.

"IZZET GARİH WILL COME HERE, I WILL BURN YOU TOO"

Ahmet Furkan B., who had to stop by crashing into the bollards at the entrance of the holding, told the security personnel who approached him that he wanted to meet İzzet Garih. When this request was denied by the officers, he became angry and made threatening statements such as 'İzzet Garih will come here. If you don't let me in, I will burn İzzet Garih and you too.'

HE DID NOT STOP HIS HARASSMENT AND ATTACKS

According to the petition, Ahmet Furkan B. was detained when the police arrived at the scene, and in his statement, he claimed to think he was İzzet Garih's brother. Released under judicial control, Ahmet Furkan B. did not stop his harassment and attacks.

The petition also stated, "Our experiences confirm that the client can become a target of criminals. The client's father, Üzeyir Garih, was also assassinated under similar circumstances on August 25, 2001, in a manner that remains unclear. The similarities that emerge when combined with Ahmet Furkan B.'s contradictory statements have heightened the client's fear of being killed to the highest level. We want to prevent more serious consequences for the client, who is a victim of one-sided stalking and has been threatened with death. We request that a case be filed against the suspect and that he be punished."
