HIS LAWYER SHARED BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING CHART

Lawyer Erkam Erdem stated that Mahir Polat's health condition is not suitable for prison conditions and shared the blood pressure monitoring chart that he claimed belonged to Polat. "I mentioned that Mahir Polat was discharged from the hospital with additional medication treatment, but his hypertension continued. I am sharing the measurements here. There is not a single measurement where his blood pressure is normal. Many of them are of a nature that would require him to be hospitalized again. I am reporting his condition without exaggeration and completely: he is still in life-threatening danger, and the prison conditions are continuously harming his health," Erdem stated, and the chart he shared is as follows:

"HE HAS UNDERGONE ANGIOGRAPHY 4 TIMES, HAS 6 STENTS"

Lawyer Erkam Erdem, who made a statement regarding Polat's health condition, said: "As you know, we presented reports regarding Mr. Mahir's health problems during the expression and interrogation phase and requested that if the conditions for detention were to arise, judicial control be applied due to his health condition, but it was rejected. Mr. Mahir has several ailments, but there are two conditions that are significant in terms of prison conditions; hypertension and blockages in the blood vessels. He has undergone angiography 4 times due to these blockages and has 6 stents. 2 of his arteries are also being monitored."
