SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS ATTRACTED ATTENTION

On the other hand, the continuation of posts on Deniz Akkaya's social media account drew attention, and allegations arose that the account was being used by a relative.

WHAT HAD HAPPENED?

The ongoing dispute between presenter Seda Akgül and Deniz Akkaya had been taken to court. Following the posts made on social media, Akgül applied to the court, stating that Akkaya had made posts containing insults, threats, and attacks on her personal rights.

The court reviewing the case ruled in favor of Seda Akgül, ordering a restraining order against Deniz Akkaya for a period of 2 months, prohibiting Akkaya from making any posts directed at Akgül through any communication means, including social media.

However, it was determined that Akkaya did not comply with this decision and continued her posts directed at Akgül. Upon the determination of the violation, the case was re-evaluated, and the court sentenced Deniz Akkaya to 3 days of enforced imprisonment under Law No. 6284. With the finalization of the sentence, Akkaya was sent to prison.
