Following the calls of MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, Mustafa Destici, the leader of the BBP and a partner in the People's Alliance, made evaluations regarding the 'Terror-Free Turkey' process. He stated, "The DEM Party and its derivatives should be closed once again, never to reopen. This is one of the most important aspects of the fight against terrorism. We emphasize once again, with determination, that there can be no negotiations with terrorism."

Great Unity Party (BBP) Chairman Mustafa Destici stated, "The political extension of the PKK, the DEM Party and its derivatives, must be closed once again without reopening. This is one of the most important aspects of the fight against terrorism. We emphasize once again that there can be no negotiation with terrorism; there can only be struggle, and terrorism can be eradicated through a comprehensive fight against all its elements."

BBP Chairman Mustafa Destici held a press conference at the party's headquarters. Addressing the developments in Gaza, Destici said, "From the very first day, we clearly expressed our reaction. We stated that what is happening is not a war, but murder and genocide. Unfortunately, while the massacres continue, international organizations and Western countries have remained silent or preferred to support Israel. Even more disgraceful is the silence of Arab countries, which should have been the first to respond. The words of U.S. President Trump regarding Gaza are neither compatible with law nor humanity, and they are not realistic. The implementation of the plan announced by Trump will not be possible, nor will it yield results. Even the attempt to implement the plan will undoubtedly trigger conflicts with a very high potential for escalation in the region and will lead to terrorist actions that have the potential to spread throughout the world. The greatest harm from these events will be suffered by Israeli and American citizens, who may have no connection to these decisions in the future. No solution is possible or realistic other than an independent Palestinian state," he stated.

"THEY CANNOT HIDE THEIR SINS"

Mustafa Destici, who stated that the CHP formed an electoral alliance with the DEM Party in many electoral districts during the March 31 Local Administrations General Elections, reminded that the judicial process regarding the 'City Consensus' is ongoing. Destici emphasized that the issue cannot be explained away with the excuses of democracy or freedom of thought, stating, "The reason the terrorist organization is allowed to establish a political party is precisely because they exploit these concepts, as they have expressed countless times. No one, especially the CHP, should try to lure our nation into this trap. No one should attempt to hide the sins of the most despicable criminal organization in history behind the facade of democracy. No cover can hide the sins of the PKK. The culprit of all this is the political extension of the PKK, the DEM Party and its derivatives, which must be closed once again without reopening. This is one of the most important aspects of the fight against terrorism. We emphasize once again that there can be no negotiation with terrorism; there can only be struggle, and terrorism can be eradicated through a comprehensive fight against all its elements," he stated.

"WE MUST URGENTLY RETURN FROM THIS MISTAKE"

Addressing the Imralı process, Mustafa Destici said, "Recently, an expectation was created regarding a statement from Imralı and the terrorist organization's so-called dissolution decision. In this process, certain missions were attributed to the DEM Party delegation. However, we have stood against this game from the very beginning, and every development today once again reveals our legitimacy. The statement made by the extensions of the terrorist organization in the Parliament is a complete example of insolence. The so-called statement to be made on February 15 has been postponed due to their meeting with the Northern Iraq regional administration. This insolence mocks our intelligence and patience. What is the matter, gentlemen; by what right, title, and authority are you discussing Turkey's issues with political actors from another country? Are you the grape of this vineyard, or are you reaching into your neighbor's vineyard? If you reach into your neighbor's vineyard, either the neighbor will cut that branch, or we will. Who do Barzani and especially Talabani think they are, believing they have such influence over the organization that they feel the need to engage in this traffic of meetings? I call out to everyone from here; we, as Great Unity Party members and Alperens, are completely against this process, and we warn you. No good can come from bad tools. We must urgently return from this mistake," he stated.
