Journalist Bahadır Özgür, who was detained on October 15 as part of the fund investigation on charges of "violating the confidentiality of the investigation," was released under judicial control measures.
Journalist Bahadır Özgür, who was detained as part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, has completed his police procedures.
Özgür was taken to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan to give a statement.
RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL CONDITIONS
Özgür, whose statement was taken at the prosecutor's office, was referred to the on-duty criminal judgeship of peace after his procedures.
The court ruled that the journalist, against whom proceedings were initiated on the charge of "violating the confidentiality of the investigation," be released under judicial control provisions.
