Bakırhan stated: "Come on, let’s continue pedaling to bring this country to peace, freedom, and tranquility. Less than 24 hours after Öcalan's call, the PKK decided to dissolve itself. A dissolution congress must be held, and a safe environment is needed to overcome the most critical threshold of the process. Provide this safe environment. Please create the mechanism for Mr. Öcalan to manage the congress where he will establish his own party and participate. This is one of the most important stages of pedaling."
APPLICATION MADE TO IMRALI
After the parliamentary group meeting, Bakırhan responded to questions from the press, stating that the delegation had applied to meet with terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan in Imralı.
