A new development has occurred in the case regarding the accident in which Oğuz Murat Aci lost his life. Oğuz Murat Aci's wife, Timur Cihantimur, withdrew her complaint against Eylem Tok. It was claimed that Şükriye Aci withdrew from the case in exchange for 100 million TL. Responding to this claim, Şükriye Aci stated, "We are not talking about such an extraordinary amount of money. We have received the compensation that belongs to my son and me."

Oğuz Murat Aci lost his life in an accident in Kemerburgaz, Istanbul. Timur Cihantimur, who caused the incident, fled to the USA with his mother Eylem Tok. Şükriye Aci, the wife of Aci, who is a complainant in the case, and 4 other complainants who were injured in the accident submitted a petition stating that they had withdrawn their complaints against both Timur Cihantimur and Eylem Tok.

In the petition submitted to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office by Şükriye Aci's lawyer Ahmet Aslan, it was stated that the material and moral damages suffered by Şükriye Aci due to this incident were compensated by Bülent Cihantimur, the father of the juvenile offender Timur Cihantimur who caused the accident.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On March 1, 2024, in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul, one of the three ATVs in motion broke down, and while the broken vehicle was being repaired on the roadside, one of the two vehicles moving in the same direction crashed into the three ATVs, resulting in the death of Oğuz Murat Aci, one of the 5 injured people.
