Dilan Polat, who was detained and later released for drug use and possession in the early morning hours, provided a striking detail in her statement at the police station. When asked why she used the phrase "No one can get up" in the video that led to the accusations against her, Polat reportedly responded, "Everyone was very tired. My husband's brother was cleaning the table at that moment because we were going to have breakfast there."
'Buying, possessing, or using narcotic substances' led to an investigation against Dilan Polat and her husband Engin Polat, who were detained in the early morning hours.

After undergoing a health check at the hospital, the Polat couple was released following their procedures. The decision was announced on social media by Polat's lawyer, Sevinç Horoz.

It was learned that Dilan Polat, whose statement at the police station also emerged, said, "The video was published in December 2024. I am undergoing IVF treatment and I have never used narcotic substances at any point in my life. I only use some medications for psychiatric treatment."
