THE VICTIM TURNED OUT TO BE A MULTINATIONAL COMPANY EMPLOYEE
While Air India stated that the accused passenger was warned by the crew, it announced that official procedures were applied regarding the perpetrator.
It was learned that the victim of the incident was an employee of a leading multinational company. It was reported that the victim's complaint was forwarded to the authorities in Bangkok. It was announced that action had been initiated against the person who urinated.
A SIMILAR INCIDENT HAD OCCURRED ON THE SAME AIRLINE'S FLIGHT BEFORE
On November 26, 2022, a similar 'urination' scandal had occurred on an Air India flight from New York to Delhi.
It was perpetrated by Shankar Mishra, the vice president of Wells Fargo in India, against an elderly woman. Mishra, who was fired by his company, was arrested after the incident.
