After a management change in a site in Esenyurt, a conflict over the "Decision Book" erupted between the old and new management. The fight, in which kicks and punches were thrown, was captured on a mobile phone camera.
A meeting was held in a site located on Nazım Hikmet Boulevard in the Yeşilkent neighborhood of the troubled district of Esenyurt, Istanbul, where a new management was determined. The former management did not return the materials and computer they took. As a result, the discussion that started quickly escalated. Some members of the new management shouted, "Give us our decision book," and a scuffle broke out between the parties.
