Citizens who want to log into e-Government are encountering the warning, "Your transaction could not be completed due to a technical issue in the system. Please try again later." It is estimated that the congestion in the system is due to applications for the 500,000 social housing campaign.

While users are experiencing issues accessing the system, it is estimated that the reason for the technical malfunction is the "intense applications for the 500 thousand social housing project." The simultaneous login of tens of thousands of citizens to the application screen caused a temporary slowdown in the system.

On the other hand; Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum shared a video regarding the application process of the "Century's Housing Project," which will build 500 thousand houses in 81 provinces. According to the post, to reduce the potential system overload in e-Government applications, applications will only be accepted based on the last digit of the Turkish ID numbers during the first week of the campaign.

Applications for the project will be made through Ziraat Bank, Halk Bank, and Emlak Katılım Bank branches or via e-Government.

e-Government applications will end on December 18, and bank applications will end on December 19. Applications from martyr families, veterans, and duty-related disabled individuals will be made only through branches without any application fee.
