Between 2005 and 2010, Tolga Karel gained fame with the show 'Yaprak Dökümü'. In 2016, he left his acting career and settled in the USA after marrying his wife Sarah Scott. Recently, Karel has been frequently commenting on economics, politics, and current events through his social media account.
"YOU HAVE SENT YOUNG PEOPLE TO THE STREETS"
Tolga Karel recently reacted to Özgür Özel's call for a boycott in a post on his social media account. Karel used the following words in his post: "You have sent the people, the young people to the streets, and it's not enough, you are tarnishing Turkey's beloved brands again. President Erdoğan is showing calmness and the patience of a prophet. You do not recognize the law, you do not recognize the regulations, what more can I say."
In his next post, Karel said, "Today, America started importing eggs from Turkey. They are boycotting Turkish brands. May God give you wisdom, stubbornly Erdoğan."
