In the second hearing of the Narin Güran murder case, the brother Enes Güran made interesting statements while giving his testimony. Güran said, "The elders do not know what is happening in the village; we do. There is a lot going on in the village today. When you look at that village, don't think it's a beautiful village."

The second hearing of the case regarding 8-year-old Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found in a stream bed 19 days after going missing in Diyarbakır, continues on the second day. Enes Güran, who spoke in court, used striking expressions.

"DON'T THINK IT'S A BEAUTIFUL VILLAGE"

Stating that what they experienced is not as known about the village, Enes Güran said: "The elders and old people do not know what is happening in the village, we do. We know what is happening in the village. There is a lot going on in the village today. When you look at that village, don't think it's a beautiful village, okay? Really."

NARIN GÜRAN MURDER

Narin Güran, who went missing in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of the Bağlar district in Diyarbakır on August 21, was found dead in the Eğertutmaz stream on September 8. As part of the investigation conducted by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 12 out of 23 suspects, including mother Yüksel, brother Enes, uncle Salim Güran, and neighbor Nevzat Bahtiyar, were arrested.

The investigation against Yüksel, Enes, and Salim Güran, as well as Nevzat Bahtiyar, has been completed, and an indictment prepared with a request for aggravated life imprisonment for "intentional murder of a child in complicity" was accepted by the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court on October 23. The trial of the suspects began on November 7, and the first hearing, which lasted 3 days, was postponed to December 26 with a decision to continue the suspects' detention. After the first hearing, the public prosecutor submitted a 14-page opinion to the court during the recess.
