The first cabinet of the new administration in Syria is taking shape. Esaad Hasan Sheybani has been appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Esaad Hasan Sheybani was serving as the Head of Political Affairs in the Syria Salvation Government based in Idlib. He was responsible for relations with foreign government and institution representatives, as well as the work of United Nations agencies and international aid organizations. Born in Hasakah, Sheybani participated in the popular movements that began in Syria in 2011, demanding freedom and opposing the regime. HE RECEIVED HIS MASTER'S DEGREE IN TURKEYSheybani completed his master's and doctoral studies in Turkey. It has been learned that Sheybani, who completed his master's degree, is continuing his doctoral education at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. In his master's thesis completed in 2022, Sheybani addressed the topic "The Impact of the Arab Uprisings on Turkish Foreign Policy Towards Syria Between 2010-2020."
