In a new statement regarding the Iran negotiations that ended without an agreement in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, U.S. President Donald Trump threatened countries that provide weapons to Tehran, primarily China. Trump said, "I heard that China is supplying shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missiles. I don't think they will do that; maybe they did a little at the beginning. However, if we catch any country, including China, supplying equipment to Iran, they will face a 50% tariff."
US President Donald Trump made another statement regarding Iran following the inconclusive 21-hour talks between Washington and Tehran in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Speaking to Fox News, Trump stated that NATO and Gulf countries would also support the US Navy's "blockade of the Strait of Hormuz." Emphasizing that the negotiations were quite intense and that the Iranians were "very clever" at the negotiating table, Trump argued that the talks did not yield results because Tehran "has not abandoned its nuclear aspirations." Trump assessed, "We got almost everything we wanted, except for their refusal to abandon their nuclear ambitions. However, this issue is by far the most important point for me." He expressed his expectation that Iran would return to the table and that at that time, the US would get everything they wanted back, but he did not provide a timeline for this.
NATO AND GULF COUNTRIES WILL PROVIDE SUPPORT
The US President recalled that Gulf countries have provided very serious support to the US against Iran, responding to the question, "Do you expect the allies in the Gulf to help you with this blockade in the Strait?" with, "Yes, of course. They will also participate." Trump also mentioned that although he has been seriously disappointed with NATO's stance so far, some NATO countries would participate in the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. The US President stated, "We were very disappointed with NATO. We were very disappointed that they did not come earlier. Now they want to come and help with the cleanup of the strait, which will not take long. As far as I understand, the United Kingdom and a few other countries are sending mine-sweeping ships."
THREAT OF TARIFFS ON CHINA
On the other hand, Trump emphasized that he is considering imposing a 50% tariff on countries that provide military support to Iran. When asked whether this includes China, the US President replied, "Yes, China and probably other countries. But especially China is included in this. I have heard reports that China is supplying shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missiles to Iran. I do not always trust these reports. THREAT OF A NEW ATTACK ON IRAN
US President Trump spoke clearly about whether he would launch a new attack on Iran if the country does not abandon its nuclear program, indicating that a new attack could be possible.
