Eyüpspor's head coach Atila Gerin made statements after the match against Galatasaray. Reacting to the referee's decisions, Gerin said, "I also congratulate the referee colleagues, they beautified the game. I hope they make the same decisions for both teams. We hope to see this in Turkish football as well. Galatasaray does not need the referee. Our team's monthly salary payment is 50 thousand euros. A team with a monthly salary budget of 50 thousand euros does not need the referee to defeat a team like Galatasaray."

In the 22nd week of the Trendyol Super League, Galatasaray defeated Eyüpspor 5-1. Eyüpspor's head coach Atila Gerin reacted to the referee's decisions after the match.

"AND ON TOP OF THAT, YOU'RE LEFT WITH 10 MEN..."

Evaluating the match, Atila Gerin said, "I guess there is something I need to correct; we start every match behind in the first 10 minutes. It means I can't concentrate the kids. I need to work on that. Falling behind early, especially in such places, is very difficult. And on top of that, you're left with 10 men... I won't complain; I have no center-backs, but we still received a red card. There's nothing to be done."

"THEY DON'T NEED THE REFEREE TO BEAT US"

Criticizing the referee's decisions in the match, the young coach stated, "I also congratulate the referee friends; they beautified the game. I hope they make the same decisions for both teams. We should see this in Turkish football as well. Galatasaray doesn't need the referee. Our team's monthly salary payment is 50 thousand euros. A team with a monthly salary budget of 50 thousand euros doesn't need the referee to beat a team like Galatasaray. If they can make these decisions in favor of Galatasaray, then it's all good with me. I just hope nothing happens to me or anyone else."
