The Fenerbahçe Rowing Team won first place in both the men's and women's categories at the Senior Turkey Cup Rowing Championships. The awards were presented to the winners in a ceremony.
In the Men's and Women's categories of the Senior Turkey Cup Rowing Championships held in Adana, Fenerbahçe Sports Club came in first. In the organization, which lasted for 3 days at the Çukurova University Boathouse Facilities on the shores of the Seyhan Dam Lake, 250 athletes from 21 clubs competed, organized by the Turkish Rowing Federation.
FENERBAHÇE AT THE TOP IN BOTH CATEGORIES
As a result of the final races held under heavy rain, Fenerbahçe Sports Club ranked first in both the Men's and Women's categories.
In the under-23 singles category of the Senior Turkey Cup Rowing Championships, Cevdet Ege Mutlu came first in the singles, Halil Kaan Köroğlu and Alper Şevket Eren in the doubles, Aydın İnanç Şahin and Aytimur Selçuk in the singles, and Elis Özbay, Derin Kumuk, Emine Evra Elmalı, and Irmak Fertuğ in the quadruple. In the PR2 Mix 2x category of the organization, Yiğit Doğukan Bozkurt and Merve Sezer, and in the PR3 Mix 4+ category, Batuhan Taş, Nurcan Kocaman, Hazal Urun, Recep Tula, and İskender Ünlü finished the races in the lead.

The representatives of the clubs that placed were awarded their trophies by Adana Governor Mustafa Yavuz, AK Party Adana Deputy Sunay Karamık, Youth and Sports Provincial Director Mustafa Loğoğlu, and Turkish Rowing Federation Provincial Representative Fazıl Yontar.

Thus, Fenerbahçe athletes reached a happy ending for the second time in 2026. The yellow-navy blue team had also come first in both the Women's and Men's categories at the Turkey Indoor Rowing Championship.
