Former national football player Hakan Balta and his wife Derya Balta decided to move after the site fees in their residence in Yeşilköy increased to 25,600 TL.
Former national football player of Galatasaray, Hakan Balta, and his wife Derya Balta have come to the forefront due to the significant increase in the monthly fees at the luxury site where they live in Yeşilköy, Istanbul. The recent decision made in the site management's last meeting to raise the fees by 40% has caused a reaction from the Balta family.
MONTHLY EXPENSES EXCEEDED 47 THOUSAND TL
After the increase, the monthly fee for the apartment where Hakan Balta lives has risen to 25,600 TL. The fee paid by his mother, who lives in a different block of the same site, has become 21,700 TL. Thus, the total monthly fee expense of the Balta family has reached 47,300 TL. This amount surpasses the monthly rental prices paid in many luxury neighborhoods in Istanbul.
DECISION TO MOVE HAS BEEN MADE
It is reported that Hakan Balta, who evaluated the situation with his wife Derya Balta, has decided to move due to the high fees. The couple believes that the social facilities and security services in the site do not justify such a high cost. It has been stated that the Balta family has started searching for a new home in Yeşilköy and surrounding neighborhoods.
HE HAD ENDED HIS FOOTBALL CAREER IN 2018
The couple, Hakan Balta and Derya Balta, got married in 2007. Hakan Balta, who wore the Galatasaray jersey for many years and also served in the national team, ended his football career in August 2018.
