The terrorist organization SDF, which the U.S. has withdrawn support from, announced that they have reached an agreement with the Damascus government regarding a ceasefire and integration. Syrian state television also reported that progress has been made in the integration process. With a new agreement, Syrian forces will be deployed to Hasakah and Qamishli.

A comprehensive agreement has been reached between the Syrian government and the SDF. The agreement includes the establishment of a ceasefire and the gradual integration of military and administrative forces.

SYRIAN ARMY WILL ENTER HASAKE AND QAMISHLI

According to the agreement text, military forces will withdraw from the contact lines, and security forces affiliated with the Syrian Ministry of Interior will enter the city centers of Hasake and Qamishli.

A SDF DIVISION CONSISTING OF 3 BRIGADES WILL BE ESTABLISHED

Additionally, a military division consisting of three brigades affiliated with the SDF will be established, and a separate brigade will be formed for the Ayn al-Arab forces within a division affiliated with Aleppo province.

DISPLACED PERSONS WILL RETURN

The agreement includes the integration of Autonomous Administration institutions into Syrian state institutions, along with the protection of the positions of civil servants. The text also states that the return of displaced persons to their regions will be guaranteed.

"Agreement Text Between the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Syrian Government;

  • A ceasefire has been reached between the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Syrian government under a comprehensive agreement; an agreement has also been reached on a gradual integration process of military and administrative forces between the two sides.
  • The agreement includes the withdrawal of military forces from the contact lines, the entry of security forces affiliated with the Ministry of Interior into the city centers of Hasake and Qamishli, and the initiation of the integration process of security forces in the region,
  • the establishment of a military division consisting of three brigades from the Syrian Democratic Forces, and in addition, the establishment of a brigade for Kobani forces within a division affiliated with Aleppo province.
  • The agreement also includes the integration of Autonomous Administration institutions into Syrian state institutions, along with the protection of the positions of civil servants.
