President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who arrived in the country for official visits, held bilateral and inter-delegation meetings with the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. Additionally, four separate agreements were signed between the two countries.

4 AGREEMENTS BETWEEN TURKEY AND KUWAIT
Erdoğan presented Kuwait's Emir Al-Sabah with Turkey's domestic electric car, Togg. Following the meetings at the Bayan Palace, a ceremony was held for the signing of 4 agreements between the two countries.
The "Maritime Transportation Agreement" between Turkey and Kuwait, the "Memorandum of Understanding on the Mutual Recognition of Seafarers' Certificates" between the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior, were signed by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah.
The memorandum of understanding regarding cooperation in the energy sector between Turkey and Kuwait was signed by Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar and the Kuwaiti Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Deputy Minister of Finance, and State Minister for Economic Affairs and Investment, Dr. Subaih Abdulaziz Abdulmohsen Al-Muhaizem.
The memorandum of understanding regarding cooperation in direct investment between the Republic of Turkey, represented by the Presidential Investment and Finance Office, and the State of Kuwait, represented by the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA), was also signed by the President of the Presidential Investment and Finance Office, Ahmet Burak Dağlıoğlu, and the General Director of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority, Sheikh Dr. Meshal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
WILL CREATE A FRAMEWORK
The agreement that will create a framework for cooperation in the energy sector between the two countries will evaluate cooperation opportunities in the fields of education, consultancy, and engineering services.
COOPERATION WILL BE ESTABLISHED
Development activities will be carried out, including joint projects in the electricity, energy efficiency, and renewable energy sectors. Cooperation will be established in projects in these areas, and there will be information exchange and experience sharing.
