Four Policemen Injured In Car-Ramming Incident In Central Israel

Perpetrator was shot dead by the Israeli forces when he attempted to stab others after getting out of car.

Four Israeli policemen were injured as a result of a car-ramming incident in central Israel, local media reported.

According to the Israeli public broadcaster KAN, the incident occurred near the town of Kochav Yair and one of the injured policemen is in serious condition.

It added that the perpetrator was shot dead by the Israeli forces when he attempted to stab others after getting out of the car.

The Israeli police said it is still investigating the incident.

The incident came amid the ongoing Israeli war on Gaza along with tensions across the occupied West Bank as the Israeli army and settlers' violence against Palestinians are reported daily.
